Description
Trying to use the Download file processing algorithm for files on ftp sites causes an error:
"Download failed: No suitable proxy found"
Here is an example of a link to data that cannot be downloaded in this way:
ftp://ftp.ngs.noaa.gov/pub/DS_ARCHIVE/BETA_PRODUCTS/NC.zip
