Description
Adding an expression in a field of the attributes form it is impossible to remove it.
QGIS version 3.4.5
OS Ubuntu 18.04

This is already solved in 3.4.5, possibly also backported to 3.4.

I am using QGIS 3.4.5 installed from package in Ubuntu 18.04, but the bug seem to be present

sorry I meant 3.6
