"data defined size legend" do not uses the "size from/to" parameter and always uses the "value from/to" values, resulting in out os scale legends

Description
... unless using an expression..
add a point layer with a column with value between 1 and 100
enable the data defined size controlled by the assistant
set the "value from/to" from 1 to 100, but the "size from/to" from 1 to 10 > size of points will be between 0 and 10
enable the "data defined size legend", size of symols will be between 1 and 100, resulting in huge (not usable) symbols in legend
Does only apply to the "separated legend items" option.
