Description
Thank you for QGIS!
Just upgraded to ver. 3.4.0-Madeira. Not a bug really, but the layer properties dialog box is so tall that the buttons at the bottom are partly cut off, making them harder to click. If I try and drag the dialog so I can see the buttons better it jumps back to where it was. I have a standard laptop screen resolution of 1366 x 768. It appears the developer had a larger screen or higher screen resolution and forgot about those with lower res or smaller screens. Screenshot attached showing as good as I can get it.
Thank you again for QGIS. It is outstanding.

My bad. You can delete this report or mark is solved. I can resize the dialog by dragging down the top, which fixes the problem as QGIS appears to remember the new size next time the dialog opens.
