Side panel shrinks on "No features at this position found"

Description
To reproduce the bug:
1. activate "Open identify results in a dock window"
2. click somewhere outside the loaded objects
-> the side panel is minimized (minimum width) and won't even go much wider if you then successfully identify a feature.
Reproduced on XP and Ubuntu.

Fixed in ab6b8983 (SVN r11929) at the QGIS hackfest 2009 hackfest!
