the vertex tool does not work

Description
Hi everybody,
topological modification using the vertices tool does not work.
If I select the vertex that I want to move, Qgis allows me to select the vertices but I can not move them.
I have the same problem in both version 3.0.0 and 3.2 Bonn.
I hope someone can help me.

Works fine here on QGIS master. A screenshot of your snapping options and a screencast that shows how are you using the tools would help understand your issue.

Bulk closing 82 tickets in feedback state for more than 90 days affecting an old version. Feel free to reopen if it still applies to a current version and you have more information that clarify the issue.
