The MD5 hash does not correspond for the QGIS 3.2 installer.
MD5 tool used: https://raylin.wordpress.com/downloads/md5-sha-1-checksum-utility/
File to generate MD5 from: http://qgis.org/downloads/QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.2.2-1-Setup-x86_64.exe
MD5 provided by QGIS for comparision: http://qgis.org/downloads/QGIS-OSGeo4W-3.2.2-1-Setup-x86_64.exe.md5sum

Odd. There was a space issue when building. The md5sums probably didn't get updated after that was resolved. Updated md5sums on download.osgeo.org from the original builds and resynced qgis.org. The installers themselves are also signed.
