Description
In English, menu names are usually in "Title Case", but in other languages it may be different.
In Transifex some strings, when translated, are converted to "Sentence case". However, they appear in "Title Case" in QGIS 3.2.
It happens in "Raster" and "Vector" menus (in fact, in options affected by bug #18202).
Checked in Spanish and Basque.
