[Snapping] It'd be nice to be able to resize the Advanced configuration widget

Description
Enable the Snapping tools
Select the Advanced configuration
Click on the eye icon, showing a widget with layers and options
It could be nice to be able to resize the widget and avoid scrolling

it is a QMenu, I don't think it's feasible at the moment

The other approach was to use QgsFloatingWidget but it would have been messy with event handling.
I would recommend taking experts advices here...
