Add up/down controls to Min/Max fields in the styling panel for raster layers

Description
While most/all other such fields in the Layer Styling panel have up/down controls for their numeric input fields, the Raster styling Min and Max inputs are missing those.
They can be very useful on systems with hovering the input with the mouse and then turning the scroll wheel, changes the values.
I also see no harm in adding them to the "additional nodata value" input. Might be useful for some users.
