Metasearch plugin help fails to work in master

Description
Using the Help button in Metasearch plugin in (a localized) master version, it appears that it tries to open docs.qgis.org/2.99//docs/user_manual/plugins/plugins_metasearch.html link and returns a 404.
I also wonder if it shouldn't rely on the new help system.

- Resolution set to fixed/implemented
- Status changed from Open to Closed
Fixed in 2.14 branch, 2.18 branch and master. Will be available on the next plugin release of MetaSearch or 2.14.13/2.18.5 on 24 March 2017 (whatever comes first)
