Symbol Fill color in Categorized or Graduated Styles has no effect

Description

This is kind of a UX bug to me.

Have a layer that uses a Categorized or Graduated style.
Choose a nice color scale and apply it so that your features are fancy.

Screenshot A shows the current style panel. You can see that the Symbol is shown with some green fill here, that's already a bit misleading.

Now go to the Symbol Selector menu (Click "Change" next to "Symbol"). You see the same color in a picker. Screenshot B.
If you change it, nothing in your style changes. Screenshot c.
Same if you change the color directly "deeper down" in the fill itself. Screenshot D.

This makes total sense, the fill color is defined by the style's color scale. But it is not intuitive at all. Please remove that color picker or lock it with a text/symbol that says "defined by classes".

I am using QGIS for many years now but I still end up confused by this at some days. 8)
