Being able to set the number of circles rendered in legend when creating proportional symbols

Description

When creating proportional symbols, thanks to the size assistant, QGIS propose 4 circles to represent the data.
It'd be nice to let user choose the number of "circles" to represent in the layer panel (hence, in the composer legend)
