Attribute table: sort order (ASC/DESC) not saved/restored correctly

Description
When sorting the attribute table by column, the sort column or expression is correctly stored and restored, but the sort order (ascending/descending) is not correctly stored/restored.
When closing the attribute table and reopening it again, the sort order is always ascending.
