Two distinct icons used for the single "Copy features" action

Description
Two different icons are used to identify "Copy features" action:
- mActionEditCopy is used in the Digitizing tools, Editmenu, the Identify tool...
- mActionCopySelected is used in Attribute Table, Settings > Custom CRS...
