Description
while loading a WMS (1.3.0) it is possible to tell QGIS to ignore the delivered GetCapa, GetMap and GetFeatureInfo URLs from the GetCapa-File. But for further requests (GetLegendGraphic, may be GetPrint, ...) there's not such ignore option.
QGIS should provide this Option at least for GetLegend Graphic otherwise using such a (missconfigured) WMS (well sometime sit has to do with crazy network/proxy-configuration) notices about network proböems all the time while trying to load the Legend for the LayerTree.
