Description
There is something wrong with the extent/coordinates with QGIS Server WMS on Windows.
Steps:- create a project in WGS84 with the follwoing sample layer :https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Web-Client/raw/master/data/HYP_50M_SR_W.tif
- configure the project in "OWS properties" where "advertised extent" is only a portion of the above layer
- create the connection and add the layer as WMS layer: the layer shows (more or less) 0,0
this used to work as expected in the recent past. Tested on qgis server 2.8.9 and 2.14 development branch and master.
