Manage Layer Visibility item under Layer menu

Description
It will make sense to have the following items:
Show all layers
Hide all layers
Show selected layer
Hide selected layer
and
Add preset ...
Remove current preset
grouped and have them as a Manage layer visibility under Layer in the main menu.
It is always tricky to refer to functions which only appears on a toolbar in the manual or training course docs.
