Description
I am trying to build the QGIS on Windows 2008 R2 server.
I followed every steps from the following link: http://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://raw.github.com/qgis/QGIS/master/doc/INSTALL.html#toc12
However, I got the following error. Would you please tell me the solution for this error. Thanks!
