Editing attributes with feature form on postgis layers duplicates feature

Description
When I edit the attributes with feature form on postgis layers then a new duplicate feature is created. If I edit the attributes from attributes table, there is no problem.
My Qgis is running with:
QGIS version 2.4.0-Chugiak QGIS code revision ed14cf3
