OpenLayers not shown when i try fetch plugins

Description
I try to install OL, but i don`t have it in the selection process.
How can i reset or something the list, or install it manually

- Resolution set to invalid
- Status changed from Open to Closed
- Category set to Plugin Manager
The OL plugin is currently not available for 2.4.
