Description
The
label -> draw background -> border color
is not rendering.
The fill work correctly .
Instead the border color is not show.
I try on qgis-dev from osgeo4w 32bit.

not confirmed here, the border width is by default 0.

I don't see the border width it was uder the line of sight in the standard windows.
