Install silent QGIS 2.2.0 x86_64 "/D" parameter does not work

Description

When using the "QGIS-OSGeo4W-2.2.0-1-Setup-x86_64.exe" in silent mode (/S) the "/D" parameter is not recognized. The install folder is always the default value (C:\\Program Files\\QGIS Valmiera).

This bug does not occur when I use the "QGIS-OSGeo4W-2.2.0-1-Setup-x86.exe". It provides the expected functionality of changing the install directory.
