Windows install not putting quotes around path names with embedded spaces

Hi,

The Windows QGIS installer is not putting quotes around path names with embedded spaces. I think this is the source of a number of problems with the Windows install. In particular I think this is related to GRASS setup problems. See:

For example see line# 88 from my attached install log from today and from location: C:\\Program Files\\QGIS Valmiera postinstall.log

Suggest you check the overall Windows installer because pretty much all windows paths should be double quoted for stability.
