1) Ability to load/save copy/paste Query items from other layers, projects, and the filesystem. This can be HUGE, especially for fiddly/complex queries.
2) Improve the process of using the "Values" part of the query builder. If a Value is double clicked, it gets inserted into the Provider specific filter expression box (as expected). However, further successive double clicks of entries (without changing any functions in the Operators panel, or manually typing in the Provider specific filter expression panel) does not insert the required/expected comma between Values that have been inserted. This could potentially confuse someone who isn't super familiar with proper syntax as they might assume that the Query Builder will correct/generate things for them 100% correctly. Also, this is a nice little ease of use timesaver, as you don't have to constantly switch back and forth between clicking and typing in the box to build a list of values.
