Description
1. Support user precision (number of digits) for GCP table attributes.
2. Support jump to pixel location (x,y) space
3. Write ID attribute explicitly in save as GCP points. 'gcpid'
4. Support select all, de|select visible, clear all GCP points from GCP table.
5. Possible support, path, allow path creation with left mouse selection of id locations. Corresponding action on map canvas.
