Description
The actual policy of GUI translation is to keep in Transifex only the Master version of QGIS.
I think that for translators should be better to have two version of Transifex translation:
1) QGIS Master version
2) QGIS LTR version
This choice will help the work of translators because in LTR there are not new strings.
