Two different default shortcuts for the Layer styling panel (F7 vs Ctrl+3)

Description
Right-click over panels or View --> Panels show that the Layer Styling panel can be enabled using Ctrl+3 shortcut
From the layers panel, it can be enabled using F7
It could be nice to just keep one, for consistency and free a shortcut that can be used elsewhere...
