Print layout: locked ratio buttons in item properties position do not work when drawing onto canvas

Description
In print layout, add a map item
In its properties panel, size and position, press the lock button on its width and height.
Change one value in the spinbox, the other one aligns. Good.
Now, resize the item with the "Select/Move item" tool. No ratio is taken into consideration.
The button stays pressed but ratio is broken
