Simplify the steps to add history to metadata

Description

Open a vector layer properties dialog --> Meatadata, History
Clicking the + button opens a not that large "line edit box" to enter the history

I think that it should directly add a link and enable it to edit (in blue background?). People could hence add a longer history text. Would be more confortable and save some clicks and dialog resizing.
