Highlight snap feature

Description
When snapping is enabled currently only a potential snap point is highlighted but not the feature this point belongs to. When snapping is enabled for several or all layers it is sonetimes hard to decide if the highlighted node belongs to the particular feature one wants to be snapped.
Proposed solution: Highlight node and its feature when snapping is possible (not if snap mode is active layer).
