In the Print Composer, add an attribute table and Add a second frame (from the Frames section)
The two frames are linked but nothing lets you know that (assuming you are not the one who sketched the print composer). So it can occur that you change properties of a frame, "breaking" the setting of the other one.
What could be nice is to display, when a frame is selected, either a line to connect both table frames or adding a dot line around connected frames...
