Ordnance Survey Styling in QGIS

Ordnance Survey has now launched QML styles

General Styles from Dauntsey Drainage Board

Several styles for Ordnance survey vector layers can be found in the Downloads section of the Dauntsey Drainage Board site.

MasterMap Styling from Warwickshire County Council

Warwickshire County Council have also created some styles for MasterMap Topography Layer which can be found in the below file; these require QGIS 1.8.0 or later. Instructions for how to use them can be found in the included readme.txt file.
