On QGIS 2.18 and 3.6, opening the Print Composer and saving with it to a JPEG with Worldfile, Wordfile, the JPW is generated as here:

There are empty lines between numbers and two empty lines after the last number.
They should not be there. For this reason, AutoCAD cannot recognize these worldfiles. wordfiles.
