Doxygen: do not add "Definition at line N of XYZ.cpp" to each method

I prefer old style documentation that help me to enter directly in the code to understand how it works.

ok, I can create my own documentation, but I generally I find it more useful having it online

I'm also currently building my own docs with links to sources but It doesn't make much sense. What was the reason for this decision?
