Redmine Bug report #12398 (Open): Wrong sort order in symbol sharinghttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/123982015-03-18T09:01:25ZPaolo Cavallinicavallini@faunalia.it
When exporting or importing symbols from the Style manager, symbols are sorted according to type (lines, pints etc.). The order is however wrong:

points and fills are mixed up

points should go before lines

custom (user created) lines go mixed among points and fills

Bug report #11897 (Open): In Print composer, menu Setting should open only Composer optionshttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/118972014-12-18T23:00:46ZPaolo Cavallinicavallini@faunalia.it

Currently the menu is a shortcut to the whole Options, which is confusing for the user, as also tabs for non relevant options are shown (e.g. Digitizing, etc.).
Bug report #10568 (Open): Attribute table save layer edits doesn't get inactive after successful ...https://issues.qgis.org/issues/105682014-06-12T05:43:02ZAlexandre Netosenhor.neto@gmail.com

When you are editing a layer, if you press the save layer edits button, after a successful commit the button get inactive. This is helpful to see that the commit was ok and to remind you to save changes.

Trying to do the same in the attribute table the icon never get's inactive (unless you stop editing). Would be nice to have the same behavior in both buttons.
Bug report #8669 (Open): Duplicate entry in ellipsoid selectorhttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/86692013-09-25T04:58:17ZPaolo Cavallinicavallini@faunalia.it

In Project properties>General, the list of entries for ellipsoid has a duplicate entry: WGS 84 and WGS84, apparently with the same parameters
Bug report #8359 (Open): Remove warning about WMShttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/83592013-07-24T21:05:48ZPaolo Cavallinicavallini@faunalia.it

When printing a layout that contains a WMS, we get a warning about max size.
I think this is useless now, as the print driver automatically tiles up the WMS request, and can be confusing and misleading for users.
Better remove the warning.
Bug report #8020 (Open): Do not list MBR as tables in Oraclehttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/80202013-06-06T23:13:09ZPaolo Cavallinicavallini@faunalia.it

In the listing of tables, indices (MBR) are displayed as geometry tables; this is confusing, if possible better avoiding it
Bug report #7443 (Open): GPX and KML files should always be saved as EPSG:4326https://issues.qgis.org/issues/74432013-03-25T10:57:35ZPaolo Cavallinicavallini@faunalia.it

The user can choose the SRS for all layer in Save as...
This is wrong for GPX, that should always be in EPSG:4326.
Bug report #7050 (Open): Inconsistent use of stringshttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/70502013-01-26T10:35:52ZPaolo Cavallinicavallini@faunalia.it

Several strings are used with different capitalization in the code, e.g.

Null Null NULL and NODATA NoData and nodata

"Horizontal and vertical" and "Horizontal and Vertical"

HTML, Html, and html

Better adhere to a standard (which?)
Bug report #6390 (Open): Size of bar on canvas: weird behaviourhttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/63902012-09-21T08:14:16ZPaolo Cavallinicavallini@faunalia.it

The View>Decorations>Scale bar>Size of bar has a strange behaviour. It allows you to change the length of the scale bar, but it is strangely limited to two digits and will get reset if the value is not judged in the good range.
Try to input a value like 40 and zoom until 40m would be considered an acceptable value. There will be a few level of zoom where the bar is set to 40m. Once you zoom in or zoom out too far, it will get calculated as usual.
Bug report #3779 (Open): Symbols are incorrectly cropped in map canvas if rotatedhttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/37792011-04-27T02:35:03ZAlister Hood

For a point layer, if I use a rectangle "simple symbol", and specify a rotation, the symbol is rotated in the map canvas, but it also has the corners cut off as if it has been cropped to fit in the area that it would have occupied if it was not rotated.

See attached screenshot (with a symbol dimension of 5m).

This problem does not seem to affect the composer, but note that it has its own bug with rotated symbols (#3778).
Bug report #3112 (Open): Plugin Offline editing: warn if copying viewshttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/31122010-10-13T23:19:23ZPaolo Cavallinicavallini@faunalia.it

PostgreSQL views can be synced for offline use, but obviously the syncing back to PostgreSQL fails: I think the user should be warned before copying for offline use.
Bug report #1893 (Reopened): opening data tables widens the main windowhttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/18932009-08-25T05:20:54ZPaolo Cavallinicavallini@faunalia.it

When opening >=3 tables while in docked mode, the main window becomes very wide, instead of shrinking the space allocated to each table
Bug report #1796 (Open): Multi-line text in a SVG file is not drawn correctly in Print Composerhttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/17962009-07-20T04:55:18Zcraigleat -craigleat@foo.bar

The attached file is an inkscape SVG containing an A2 titleblock. The multi-line text is drawn on a single line when the SVG is imported into Print Composer.
Bug report #1585 (Open): add missing svg image sourceshttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/15852009-03-24T01:04:43ZPaolo Cavallinicavallini@faunalia.it

Most svg images are missing from source code (only derived png are there). Please add them.
Bug report #1051 (Open): GRASS rasters values/labels are not shown in legend/colormap tabhttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/10512008-04-28T07:29:56Zroyster -royster@foo.bar

GRASS raster maps load without any error messages. However, the QGIS legend does not list the categories (only the title of the map). On clicking onto the map, the numeric ID of the individual raster cells is displayed in the pop-up window, but not the actual category labels. I have hit this problem with Ubuntu 7.04 and QGIS 0.8, and Markus Neteler has emailed me reporting the same issue with QGIS 0.9.1, tested using the landuse96_28m map from the NC OSGeo standard dataset.
