<ul></ul><p><a class="external" href="https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/8233">https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/8233</a> fixes this for me -- it's an issue with precision in the widget showing the current map scale, not in the scalebar/map extent calculation.</p>
