OK, I understand, but would like to make a suggestion --

I have another GIS software package (not free!) and they make a provision to download a help PDF file and copy it into a specific folder. Then when you press the F1 key or click on Help - Help Contents, it opens the help PDF file. If one is not found, it opens an HTML file with a link to the downloadable help PDF file.

I think that option should be made available, especially for those folks that do not have an "always on" or high-speed internet connection.
