File circularringartefacts.png added

Confirmed here (wanted to create an issue and then found this one).
Current master Debian

To reproduce:
- create a new Memory Polygon layer
- choose 'Add Circular String' to add a new feature
- start with some points like in the screendump
- then move on the right side from right to left

You see the artefacts in my screendump. With the next repaint they are gone.
QGIS Application - Bug report #17196: Rubber band is not correctly displayed when map is rotatedhttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/17196?journal_id=983552019-01-20T23:34:31ZJürgen Fischerjef@norbit.de
