<ul></ul><p>I cannot compile / debug right now, but I guess that this might be related to issue <a class="issue tracker-1 status-5 priority-4 priority- closed" href="https://issues.qgis.org/issues/13667" title="rule based labelling is not saved in qml style files (Closed)">#13667</a>.
