Redmine QGIS Redmine (QGIS bug tracker) - Feature request #18407 (Open): "forgot password"https://issues.qgis.org/issues/184072018-03-10T17:00:42Zal ray

Can we get a way to obtain or reset our password? Having to write it down somewhere and no way to log in once you forget it is an hindrance.
QGIS Redmine (QGIS bug tracker) - Feature request #17329 (Open): Send a notification from discuss...https://issues.qgis.org/issues/173292017-10-25T10:58:11ZHarrissou Santanna

In the user profile, you can choose different configuration to get notifications from discussions.
I think that there's a missing one (or at least, I am missing one);
I am not interested in getting notifications from all active discussions but I would be interested in feedbacks from discussion I had contributed to (created, commented). The only option I can find now is to add myself as "watching those discussions", step that I often forget (and later, it's not easy to find/remember the discussions you were part of because no notification is available).

Couldn't we consider that as soon as someone participates to a discussion, he's watching it and hence, according to his preferences, send notifications from that discussion? Or add a new option "discussion I commented" (needs to see how it could overlap/include any other option)?
QGIS Redmine (QGIS bug tracker) - Bug report #16557 (Open): Default "Category" is blank, but cann...https://issues.qgis.org/issues/165572017-05-16T09:13:15ZSandro Santillistrk@kbt.io

Filing tickets in this tracker requires picking a Category, but there's a single Category being "any" and it's not the default.
The default category is blank, which is invalid.

Please make "any" the default, if it has to stay, or allow blank Category...

NOTE: I'm assigning to Jurgen because I've been told it's Jurgen and Richard who worked on the upgrade, but Richard is not in the pull-down menu for Assignee...
QGIS Redmine (QGIS bug tracker) - Bug report #16554 (Open): Issues summary misses "Support" requestshttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/165542017-05-16T09:04:51ZSandro Santillistrk@kbt.io

The https://issues.qgis.org/projects/qgis-redmine page shows a summary of issues, but only reports "Bug report" and "Feature request" kind of issues. This means the many "Support" issues are not summarized there.

While filing this issue I see that the "Tracker" selection box only shows "Bug report" and "Feature request" too, so maybe the existing tickets in the "Support" tracker are just form the previous deploy ?
QGIS Redmine (QGIS bug tracker) - Feature request #14218 (Open): ticket creator can't change "Aff...https://issues.qgis.org/issues/142182016-02-02T08:20:59ZD.
When searching on this Redmine, all tickets are shown, also closed ones. This adds a lot of confusion, and should be avoided.

Unsure where this ticket belongs to, if it's inappropriate here please tell me where, and I'll move it.
QGIS Redmine (QGIS bug tracker) - Support #9913 (Open): Wrong commit reference syntax when autocl...https://issues.qgis.org/issues/99132014-03-27T10:06:23ZAlexander Bruy

At some point the ability to manage keys for a user vanished. So new users can't upload their ssh key and existing users can't modify theirs. This mean new plugin authors can't store their code on hub, which has been requested. http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/uploading-plugin-files-to-hub-qgis-org-td5107396.html

I've missed feedback requests and comments on several QGIS issues I've reported because I don't get email notifications. I've tried various settings in my account but still don't get emails. Do I have to Watch my own issues? Surely I should be default get notifications about any updates to issues I reported?
QGIS Redmine (QGIS bug tracker) - Support #5061 (Feedback): Some users missed from users listhttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/50612012-02-21T00:12:29ZAlexander Bruy

In redmine, it is possible to have a ticket that is classified as Resolution:Invalid
(or fixed, etc.), and Status:New (instead of Closed). This is meaningless to me, and
causes confusion (we have many tickets that appear open, and are in fact closed. I
think the field resolution is useless, as the same info could be put on Status.
QGIS Redmine (QGIS bug tracker) - Support #3997 (Feedback): Can't change ticket priorityhttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/39972011-06-17T07:19:06ZAlexander Bruy

When I close or update ticket I can't change Resolution field (e.g. set to fixed ot duplicate), only Status (new or closed) can be altered.
