qgis crashed in the background while I was using Firefox, I had one shapefile open, one non-permanent output and one WMS. I recently made a fresh install of qgis with purging all profiles, so this should somewhat be a clean install, I only have one plugin installed by now.

Create New Shapefile - I started to create new point layer. I activated "Vertex Tool" Current Layer option. I started digitizing - snapping options. After clicking to my map, I receive error message - unexpected error. It was necessary restart QGIS. But after this, I received this message when again modifying point layer or other new layer. I tried to create new project - again this error. I tried to restart computer - same error.

Operation system - Windows 10, 64byte
QGIS Application - Bug report #21452 (Open): r.series broken in Processing due to wrong "range=0,...https://issues.qgis.org/issues/214522019-03-03T14:37:21ZMarkus Neteler

In QGIS 3.4, 3.6 r.series is broken in Processing due to wrong "range=0,0" pre-definition. It should be empty but is pre-populated with 0,0.

That leads to an empty result (basically a NO DATA raster map):

[...]
g.proj -c proj4="+proj=lcc +lat_1=36.16666666666666 +lat_2=34.33333333333334 +lat_0=33.75 +lon_0=-79 +x_0=609601.22 +y_0=0 +ellps=GRS80 +towgs84=0,0,0,0,0,0,0 +units=m +no_defs"
r.external input="/home/mneteler/lsat7_2000.tif" band=1 output="rast_5c7bdac0189302" --overwrite -o
g.region n=228513.0 s=214975.5 e=645012.0 w=629992.5 res=28.5
r.series input=rast_5c7bdac0189302 method="average" range="0,0" output=output28566faed0e94fdaa03a9cfb57fb94a9 --overwrite

--> here range="0,0" must not be there unless the user enters values in the Processing form under "Advanced".

How to reproduce:

- test dataset (multilayer Landsat-7): lsat7_2000.tif attached (2MB)
- open dataset
- open r.series dialog from Processing
- select lsat7_2000.tif
- click "run" (default is "average" method which is fine to demonstrate the problem)

I tried to fix that but probably QgsProcessingParameterRange() is somehow broken or wrongly used in Processing?

It is likely that the suboptimal use of QgsProcessingParameterRange() affects also other GRASS GIS modules present in Processing.
QGIS Application - Bug report #20617 (Open): refreshing of a layer (raster) doesn't work after ge...https://issues.qgis.org/issues/206172018-11-24T12:21:16ZGabriela Osaci Costachegabrielacatalinaosaci@yahoo.it

Steps:

1. load an already geo-referenced map
2. open the georeferencer and load the map to be georeferenced and choose/set some GCP points
3. save the file with the points
4. choose the transformation settings and select "Load in QGIS when done".
5. press "Start georeferencing", result map is loaded. Keep the georeferencer dialog open

Up to this point everything goes smoothly, as always, up to version 2.18.25 included

7. add some new GCPs or modify existing ones
8. set the transformation settings with the option "Load in QGIS when done" NOT active, set the output name the same as the previous georeferencing operation, effectively overwriting the previous output
9. press "Start georeferencing".

At this point in QGIS 2.18 using "Refresh (F5)" will effectively show the result of the second georeferencing operation while in QGIS 3 it continues to show the first result.

One of the most common tasks a user can do in a raster workflow is to reclassify raster maps.

At this stage the raster calculator does not support conditional statements, so it is not possible to say (for example):

(ASTGTM2_N37W026_dem@1<=30)=1 OR (ASTGTM2_N37W026_dem@1>30)=2 OR (ASTGTM2_N37W026_dem@1>200)=5

the workaround is awful

(ASTGTM2_N37W026_dem@1<=30)*1 + (ASTGTM2_N37W026_dem@1>30)*2 + (ASTGTM2_N37W026_dem@1>200)*3

as the raster calc just return 1 or 0, so the user must multiply for the needed value doing also a few sums along the way (because it is not possible to use conditions).
