Subject says it all. No crash if the same layer is edited with the native Oracle provider.

Also with the OGR driver the layers do not seems to load all features when zooming at full extent. If zooming in all expected features are drawn. Again this does not happen is loading the layer with the native provider.
QGIS Application - Bug report #17244 (Open): New node tool snapping index out of sync for transac...https://issues.qgis.org/issues/172442017-10-04T08:50:26ZRegis Haubourgregis.haubourg@oslandia.com

Hi,
This is something that happened in the past I guess.

When playing with new node tool with database updating other features than the currently edited one,
the snapping index is quickly out of sync. It worked correctly in 2.18 (issue was in 2.16 IIRW)

See the video here: [[https://youtu.be/Miex5XarR3g]]
QGIS Application - Bug report #17243 (In Progress): QGIS 3 vertex editor problemshttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/172432017-10-04T07:48:50ZAndreas Neumann

In QGIS 3, the behaviour of the vertex editor panel, has been changed in conjunction with the refactoring of the interactive node editing on canvas.

However, the usability of the built-in node editor panel (the one with the list of coordinates) suffered a lot.

Currently I see the following issues:

Vertex editor does not automatically open as it did in 2.18. It can be discussed if the automatic opening of the panel as it happened in 2.18 is useful, because most of the time users don't need exact coordinates, but if this behaviour is changed, the user should at least be able to open the panel on demand from the list of available panel. The vertex editor panel is not in this list currently.

In QGIS 2.18 if a vertex is interactively selected in the canvas, the list in the vertex editor list scrolls to the selected vertex index and highlights the coordinates of the selected vertex - otherwise the use doesn't know which coordinate he is actually editing. In QGIS 3 this scrolling and highlighting of the coordinates in the list does not work anymore.

In QGIS 3, the vertex editor panel autocloses as soon as another vertex is selected. Very annoying and makes the editor quite unusable.

QGIS Application - Bug report #17124 (Open): Editing behavior of filtered layers is inconsistenthttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/171242017-09-12T07:29:15ZGiovanni Manghigiovanni.manghi@gmail.com

QGIS' window will vanish but QGIS keeps running in the background. At some point it starts eating all CPU with 3 threads for me. Ctrl-C won't kill it, I had to
kill -9
.

The Reshape Features Tool in combination with 'topological editing' and 'avoid intersections' turned on does not resolve overlaps for neighbouring polygons, when the reshaped boundary creates an exclave in the neighbouring polygon.

For the implementation of RenderMetersInMapUnits, one aspect has been overlooked:
- the preview Image in the Symbology-Dialog remains blank when RenderMetersInMapUnits is active

Otherwise everything seems to work as expected.

For the 'designing' if the Symbol to be shown this should be considered important.

I assume that something similar must be done as in QgsRenderContext::convertToMapUnits
- where in the case statement RenderMetersInMapUnits must be added before QgsUnitTypes::RenderMapUnits with a FALLTHROUGH;

Using QGIS 2.2 (tested in current nightly build of 2.3). 32bit version (replicated issue in 64bit version).

QGIS goes slow, then crashes when doing a "select by location" on points inside a polygon when using a very complex polygon. This is an issue with flooding data in the way it is provided by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (single polygon converted from a raster - very complex - see attached).

I had thought this problem had been solved in the new release, but we have the same issue as laid out before.

The data in the zip file attached seems to cause the problem - it is one of the pieces of flood data and some OSM data (I can't include the original dataset because it is a secure dataset to do with vulnerable people). Both files are in British National Grid 27700.

When the "Select by Location" analysis is run, the window remains open and hangs, it doesn't crash, but it has been left overnight processing and has not completed. When you try and cancel the operation, QGIS crashes entirely.
QGIS Application - Bug report #10137 (Open): Processing stripping out +towgs paramshttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/101372014-04-29T03:11:49ZPaolo Cavallinicavallini@faunalia.it

Apparently Processing, during the analyses starting from layers in a CRS with +towgs parameters (e.g. 23030) creates outputs with a similar projection, but without the parameters; a custom CRS is thus created, and the output does not align with the input.
This happens at least with GRASS and R backends.
QGIS Redmine (QGIS bug tracker) - Support #9741 (Open): SSH key upload and management is missinghttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/97412014-03-07T08:45:21ZAlex Mandeltech@wildintellect.com

At some point the ability to manage keys for a user vanished. So new users can't upload their ssh key and existing users can't modify theirs. This mean new plugin authors can't store their code on hub, which has been requested. http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/uploading-plugin-files-to-hub-qgis-org-td5107396.html

Did someone remove the Redmine Gitosis plugin or was Gitosis broken on a server update?
Was this server space related?
