The way to store closed Circles in PostGIS differ from circular strings. Circular strings will have three points: start, end an third point somwhere on the arc. For closed circles the PostGIS documentation says: "The exception to this is for a closed circle, where the start and end points are the same. In this case the second point MUST be the center of the arc, ie the opposite side of the circle."
In QGIS 3.6.0 closed circles will not displayed at all, when following this definition. In QGIS 2.18.2 they are displayed correctly.
When digitizing closed circles in QGIS 3.6.0 they will have 5 points on the arc. Those circles are displayed in QGIS 2.18.2 and QGIS 3.6.0.
I have tested this with Curved Polygons. However probably the same behaviour will be with Circular Strings and Compound Curves.
QGIS Application - Bug report #22072 (Open): Locked MapInfo tableshttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/220722019-05-14T07:55:09ZPhil Shevillphil.shevill@lincolnshire.gov.uk

When a QGIS user has a MapInfo layer open in their QGIS project it is not possible for a MapInfo user to update that file on the network drive. It is also not possible to overwrite the MapInfo layer using windows file explorer. This appears to happen even when the map layer is not visible in QGIS and happens regardless of whether the file is in edit mode in QGIS. This is causing us real problems working in a mixed environment as our only solution at the moment is to ensure that all QGIS projects are closed while we update our MapInfo layers.
QGIS Application - Bug report #22040 (Open): QGIS crashed when I use 3D Viewhttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/220402019-05-09T15:42:49ZWolfgang Figurafigura@uih.de

The bug seems to be related ONLY on Windows system. A small dataset in attach.

Briefly: it seems that when using the Processing Raster calculator in Windows via pyqgis, it is not possible to use raster(s) entire path(s). Only raster names loaded in the TOC are available.

To reproduce the error:

load the attached `calculated` raster in the TOC

run this script (that uses gdal_proximity on the loaded raster and then the output of gdal_proximity is used in the raster calculator)

param_proximity = {
'INPUT': QgsProject.instance().mapLayersByName('calculated')[0],
'BAND': 1,
'UNITS' : 0,
'OUTPUT': os.path.join(output, 'distance.tif')
}
proximity = processing.run("gdal:proximity", param_proximity)
param_calculated = {
'EXPRESSION':'{}@1 * {}'.format(proximity['OUTPUT'], formula),
'LAYERS': proximity['OUTPUT'],
'OUTPUT': os.path.join(output, 'calcolato.tif')
}
calculated = processing.run("qgis:rastercalculator", param_calculated)
iface.addRasterLayer(calculated['OUTPUT'], 'final')

This is working on Linux and on QGIS 3.4, 3.6 and master while is ALWAYS failing in Windows. To make it working on Windows some lines have to be added:

param_proximity = {
'INPUT': QgsProject.instance().mapLayersByName('calculated')[0],
'BAND': 1,
'UNITS' : 0,
'OUTPUT': os.path.join(output, 'distance.tif')
}
proximity = processing.run("gdal:proximity", param_proximity)
QgsProject.instance().addMapLayer(QgsRasterLayer(proximity['OUTPUT'], 'dummy'))
rl = QgsProject.instance().mapLayersByName('dummy')[0]
param_calculated = {
'EXPRESSION':'{}@1 * {}'.format(rl.name(), formula),
'LAYERS': rl.name(),
'OUTPUT': os.path.join(output, 'calcolato.tif')
}
calculated = processing.run("qgis:rastercalculator", param_calculated)
iface.addRasterLayer(calculated['OUTPUT'], 'final')

Fianlly, but still extremely important, with the same data the result is completely different. On Windows there are some super strange values (1.79769e+308 adn -1.79769e+308): some serious trouble with NODATA values?
QGIS Application - Bug report #21524 (Open): Processing "iterate" does not work anymorehttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/215242019-03-08T14:11:49ZGiovanni Manghigiovanni.manghi@gmail.com

I have added data from PostGIS in Version 2.18 and the one data set loads in about 2 seconds. With the new 3.0 version, it takes 2 minutes to load that same data layer. All my data sets load really slow in Version 3.0. Not sure what the difference is from 2.18 to 3.0, but it has really caused problems with using the newer version, since we utilize the PostGIS database for accessing most all of our data. Is there something I am missing to make it load faster like in 2.18 or is there something behind the scenes causing this problem? Thanks, Mickey
QGIS Redmine (QGIS bug tracker) - Support #9741 (Open): SSH key upload and management is missinghttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/97412014-03-07T08:45:21ZAlex Mandeltech@wildintellect.com

At some point the ability to manage keys for a user vanished. So new users can't upload their ssh key and existing users can't modify theirs. This mean new plugin authors can't store their code on hub, which has been requested. http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/uploading-plugin-files-to-hub-qgis-org-td5107396.html

I've set up a code repository on hub.qgis.org for a plugin, but I'm unable to push the code to the remote repo.

The plugin identifier on hub is "gem-mt".

Here's the error message I get:

ERROR:gitosis.serve.main:Repository read access denied
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly

It's not the first plugin I move to hub, so I'm sure that I've made all the correct setup except for one thing, I tried to push the code before granting me Developer permissions. But after adding Developer role to my user in the Member tab I still get the same error, perhaps it was cached somewhere.

I've dropped and re-created the local repository, but the issue persists. I suppose that dropping and creating again the plugin could fix the problem, but there's no way to do it from the hub.qgis.org site.
QGIS Redmine (QGIS bug tracker) - Support #4890 (Open): Unable to clone git projecthttps://issues.qgis.org/issues/48902012-01-26T04:15:46ZVincent Picavetvincent.ml@oslandia.com
